I spoke to the Elsevier representative (to whom I forward your orders) and learned that there were problems (mis-prints) in the books in the first edition. The publisher is now printing a new corrected edition which will be available in about four weeks. So, the delivery of books (to you and to bookshops etc.) will start during the first half of December.
Sorry for this inconvenience.

As Stefan wrote in the first post, this offer is no longer available.
However, Elsevier may give 99nicu members a new offer during the autumn.
Stay tuned!

What is the current price for these books and how can I order them?

There's now 99nicu discount for these books any longer.

From Amazon, I read that the prices are 385 USD or 246 GBP
