Do you know that you can start your own neonatal blog here at 99nicu?
We introduced the blog feature one year ago (here's the announcement (http://www.99nicu.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6405)). In contrast to the discussion forums (that mainly deals with questions and comments on specific clinical problems), a blog can be used to express experiences and thoughts in a free and open format. (As you know, there are no evidence-based ways to write a blog!)
It is easy to start a blog, just click on "Blogs" in the navigation bar above and learn by trial-and-error, or click here to read our short manual (http://99nicu.org/education/blogmanual.pdf).
PS. With the next version of the software platform (scheduled early 2009), the blog feature get a major update too.
PS2. If we get better funding for next year, we will advertise for "Premium Bloggers" who will be paid a small honorarium for a freelance contract. If you're interested... info@99nicu.org
