I,m looking for every information about children with 46, XX der (1) genotype. Girl with such genotype was born today in our hospital (35 Hbd). For now, she needs nCPAP, she has a cardiac murmur, "genetic face", internal hydrocephalia. NeXt investigations will be done tommorow. But do You know something about that?
