I would like to know the physiological criteria you use for admission and discharge from neonatal intensive care unit and intermediate care nursery.

The physiological criteria for admission to NICU are temperature instability,glycemic status fluctuations and other similar situations and for discharge are appropriate PCV,STABLE SUGARS,euthermia,hemodynamic stability,gestational age of>34 wks,consistently gaining weight and breast feeding/pallada feeds established with mother or care giver trained enough to take care post discharge
