I guess you may already have read about the paper in Nature Medicine showing that trombocytes contribute to duct closure.

Nice paper, not often neonatal research finds its way into a Nature journal!
Biologically plausible.
Would be interesting to think about how this could be studied in clinical settings? Interventions?
