Midsummer's Special 2007: the Importance of Breast Feeding

In collaboration with the journal ADC, 99nicu publishes three Leading articles as a Midsummers Special - about the importance of breastfeeding.

It is hopefully clear to readers of the Archives that exclusive breast feeding has several important health benefits and should be encouraged. But what is the best way to convey the extent of its benefits to an individual mother, or to a health care organisation deciding on the allocation of resources for health promotion?Read any of the three articles by clicking on the titles, you will be re-directed to the ADC web site. You can discuss those articles directly below or discuss any aspect of breast feeding in any appropriate forum.
