does anyone use carnitine supply in which preterm newborns can not take breastmilk.

there are different opinions for amount of carnitine ...
what is your schedule of using carnitine ? 20 mg/kg/d or 100 mg/kg/d and for one week or longer?

Hi We use L Carnitine in our NICU especially in Preterm in dose 50 mg / Kg / Day and get good results in their growing.
