Dear all,
the name of our community - 99nicu - reflects our ambition to create a meeting place that is 99 percent dedicated to neonatal issues.

In other words; there is another 1 percent...

Among our original ideas we discussed whether to open a Lounge, where members could relax and chit-chat about other things, such as nice Tapas bars in Barcelona (recent congress venue for ESPR).

What do you think - should we open a Lounge!?

Dear Alexander:

I know that we need something else because I remember that "The physician who knows only medicine, knows not even medicine" (Mark Twain).

Friendships, language interchange, culture and news are some wonderful grants waiting for our Lounge.

Well; 5 members voting for, 2 against, and 600+ non-responders... You do not need to be a statistical expert to consider this poll to be unreliable!
But we agree with you Carlos; Mark Twain had a point.

We will restructure our site a little and soon open a Members Area, which will include the Member presentation Forum, the Lounge and also some other member benefits, like our broadened collaboration with ADC. Stay tuned!

We have now opened the MEMBERS AREA, you find it at the bottom of the main page of 99nicu or here (http://99nicu.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=109).
The Lounge is there, and the Forum Members presentations.
We hope to add some other member benefits there soon (read ADC access).

PS. Please note that threads started in the Members are are not included in the RSS feed.
